Again. Bad implementation of cyrillic letters support.
Hey guys you should fix this. It is so inconvinient to change a string and to convert it into alpha-digital sequences.
The same observation goes for the Forum support. See the headers.
We live in the Unicode era and you have to observe it.

Hi, the file is standard ASCII with unicode encoding. Please use the Unired editor and save in the format of #&DDDD with CR+LF. Will work perfectly.
Later we plan to include built in language editor in Pamela

Anyway this is not the polite way to support the Bulgarian language.
It's absolutely not convinient to enter, or to produce chars entities as the old fashion way from the very beginning of the web tagging.
And because you mentionned the editors. FYI I use UltraEdit-32. And it is fully supporting all type of encoding tables, scripts and OS.

That is why if you use the Unired editor (or any other that supports unicode) you can just enter normally via keyboard and the software will export to unicode. No need to look up characters.
Btw - it has nothing to do with not wanting to support Bulgarian characters, this is just the way Pamela works as it's unicode application.

I want to thank the Pamela-Systems for the amazing software they produce!
To do list...
(1) Syntax and stylistic work on the Bulgarian translation with the help of Gabriella Kamenova - Editor-in-Chief of the Bulgarian Education Magazine.
(2) Better Skype-Pamela topics clarification: to ask Dick about the authentication <=> authorisation issue found.
(3) Promoting Pamela: translating of other Pamela related materials and writing articles in Bulgarian to present into public this wonderfull system.
(4) Supporting the upcoming (soon) newest language strings.
(5) Translating the EULA into Bulgarian.

Please make sure you add a CR+LF after last line, otherwise last line will not be displayed in Pamela. Thx!
Also please note that in line 029 the local name of the language must be entered. This is the name that will be displayed in Pamela.
Line 030 you may use to put in your name, version, date, etc.
There is a banner available if you want to promote Pamela on your website. See Announcment section.

Have got no time, I have to go @ work, but here is this issue (2)
A. In Bulgarian we translate
authentication = удоÑтоверÑване
аuthorization = упълномощаване
B. The English language for Pamela states:

112=Ðеупълномощен
167=Сървърът-поÑредник изиÑква упълномощаване
169=SMTP Ñървърът изиÑква упълномощаване
193=Грешка при упълномощаване: неправилен потребител или парола
203=Изпращането на е-поща е невъзможно, тъй като SMTP Ñървъра изиÑква упълномощаване.
213=Провалено упълномощаване на Ñървъра-поÑредник (неправилен потребител или парола)
214=ÐеизвеÑтен метод на упълномощаване на Ñървъра-поÑредник
215=ИзиÑква Ñе упълномощаване на Ñървъра-поÑредник

Please advise. We have discussed these Pamela's strings with miro20 (a friend of mine and a sysop), and we have found that some of them should state authetication instead of authorization. But I have translated all as it was stated in the English language file, i.e. authorization.
